Why is it that some of the people we meet, sound confused

Does stress confuses people?

My Guess is
Once in a while it it their need to simply be heard that makes them speak extra and hence sound confused

Always time your conversation is all I have to say

Children : Mirror images of you

Children learn what you teach time, what you show time.
Infact they eat what you eat.

So be very careful what you say, eat and do in front of you child.
